Return Guarantee

Overview

This policy is effective only at the original point of purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days, named the cancellation period. The cancellation period starts on the day after the client receives the product(s) they want to return, provided the device has been paid for in full. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a product refund or exchange.

This guarantee will apply to all of Bondimedical’s products and only when purchased directly from us via our client service phone centre, at our offices or through the websites which are the property of Bondimedical Pty Ltd. Purchases made through distributors, third-party vendors or other channels (Amazon & eBay) are expressly excluded from the aforementioned guarantee. The Return Policy does not apply to accessories.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Also, the collection cost will be borne by the customer.

Contact Customer Care to receive product support instructions. You need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from our Customer Service, and you have to return all system components within 4 weeks of receiving your RMA. Systems returned without an RMA will be returned to the sender without a refund. Please do not send your purchase back to us until you receive an RMA.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch with us at [email protected]

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email [email protected] and send your item to: Bondimedical Pty Ltd, 1606/241 Oxford St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022, Australia.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bondimedical Pty Ltd, 1606/241 Oxford St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022, Australia.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
